At BrandFX, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing and branding solutions. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
1. Custom Printed Items

All customized products (e.g., printed t-shirts, mugs, signage, branded items) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by BrandFX.

We strongly encourage customers to double-check all artwork, spelling, and sizes before confirming their order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Proof (such as photos of the issue) may be required.
3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for unprinted, unworn, and unused blank garments.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to stock availability.
4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if BrandFX is unable to fulfill the order.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
