BrandFX Return & Refund Policy

At BrandFX, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing and branding solutions. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.

1. Custom Printed Items

  • All customized products (e.g., printed t-shirts, mugs, signage, branded items) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by BrandFX.

  • We strongly encourage customers to double-check all artwork, spelling, and sizes before confirming their order.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Proof (such as photos of the issue) may be required.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for unprinted, unworn, and unused blank garments.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to stock availability.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if BrandFX is unable to fulfill the order.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
