Shipping & Delivery Policy

At BrandFX, we understand that your brand’s image depends on quality and timing. We partner with South Africa’s premier courier networks to ensure your bespoke orders are handled with care and delivered with precision.

1. Delivery Rates

We offer a straightforward shipping structure to ensure transparency at checkout:

  • Nationwide Flat Rate: A standard delivery fee of R90 applies to all orders within South Africa.

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy Free Delivery on all orders exceeding R1,000.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

As a specialist branding studio, each order undergoes a meticulous preparation and quality control process:

  • Unbranded/Stock Items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom Branded Goods: Require a production lead time of 3–5 business days following artwork approval.

  • Note: Orders placed after 14:00 (SAST) will commence processing on the following business day.

3. Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has been dispatched from our Gauteng studio, the following delivery windows apply:

  • Major Urban Hubs (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN): 1–2 business days.

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

4. Shipment Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification via email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Address

Please provide a physical street address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery during office hours. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or PostNet Suites.

6. International Shipping

Currently, BrandFX serves the South African market exclusively. For special international requests, please contact our team at info@brandfx.co.za.
