Welcome to BrandFX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Business Identity

BrandFX is a premier branding and apparel studio based in Gauteng, South Africa. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

2. Custom Branding & Artwork Approval

For all custom-branded apparel and promotional goods:

  • Approval: Production will only commence once the client has provided written approval of the digital mockup.

  • Accuracy: BrandFX is not responsible for errors in spelling, color selection, or placement once the final mockup has been approved by the client.

  • Intellectual Property: By submitting a logo or design, the client warrants that they own the rights to use said imagery.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateways ([Insert your gateway, e.g., PayFast/Ozow/Yoco]).

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery (PAXI)

  • We utilize the PEP PAXI network and private couriers for nationwide delivery.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is scanned into the courier’s system.

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed rates and timelines.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Stock Items: May be returned within 30 days as per our Returns Policy.

  • Custom Goods: Due to the personalized nature of branded items, these cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

BrandFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
